The serenity of date palms and rice fields, and the proximity of the Mediterranean form a perfect setting. The place that the Arabians of El Gamil stud call home is a lush, green 150-acre estate on the Mediterranean coast surrounded by date palms. Our dedicated staff of 15 grooms and trainers ensures that all our horses receive the daily training, conditioning, and optimal care that they need to look their very best at all times. El Gamil farm, which currently comprises five barns with a total of 55 stables, is ideally located on the Damietta-Alexandria International road, making it easy to reach. At the same time, the farm’s location overlooking the sea feels many miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Naturally, we have sourced young promising Arabians from the alma mater of Straight Egyptian Arabian horses, Egypt. But our quest for the “perfect Arabian” has also taken us as far afield as the United States of America, which is where we purchased our prized young stallion, Milagro TDA. The focus of El Gamil farm, regardless, is breeding our own special and successful horses. From the outset it has been a journey of cherished memories, valued relationships, exhilarating ups and inevitable downs. It’s a great pleasure and a great privilege for us to be a part of the world of horses as noble and fascinating as Straight Egyptian Arabians.  We have a stable of beautiful Straight Egyptian Arabian horses that we have been blessed to own, show, breed and share with our family, friends and clients. All our horses possess the qualities that one would expect from the finest purebred Straight Egyptian Arabian horses. They are spirited and intelligent, elegant and strong. At El Gamil Stud we endeavour to breed beautiful horses with excellent pedigrees for the show circuit and breeding programs.
